Using imagination and skills is important to our members Painting in various mediums, knitting, needlework and embroidery, learning how to play musical instruments, singing for fun, creative writing, photography, and gardening are just a few of the new skills waiting to be learnt... and there's more!
Its good to keep fit and active but much more fun doing it with other people sharing similar outdoor and indoor activities. Table tennis, badminton, ballroom dancing, boules, croquet, walking, cycling, and armchair Yoga are just some of the activities our members enjoy on a weekly basis. Delving into past generations , exploring your family tree, listening to all kinds of music appreciating composers, and singers, studying the geology of the local area or how mathematics came into being, reading books, discussing any topic you care to mention, exploring and learning languages and historical events.
